We can arrange every detail for you; from designing the invitations to organising carriages at 1am !! Every party will be individually tailored to suit your requirement and your budget. MainEvent offer a personal service from the initial brief through to the end of the party clear up! We will source every necessary supplier for you as well as arranging accommodation and travel details for your guests if necessary.

With a reliable network of supplier relationships on the Isle of Wight and nearby companies on the mainland – MainEvent is able to arrange a dinner party for 6 to a themed party for 500.

It is important that the décor and atmosphere at any social gathering is perfect. Whether it be the centrepieces for the tables, balloons, flower displays, or even ice sculptures – choosing the correct decorations is imperative. At MainEvent we pride ourselves on attanding to the smallest details.

All entertainment, lighting and AV effects will be organised on your behalf to ensure that the atmosphere is perfect. We can even organise a photographer to record the wonderful memories of your event.
